Aspects of Aragorn 10 "The Ring of Barahir"

This story has been sitting on my hard drive for nearly three years and when meckinock's vastly superior 'Truce' appeared at SoA, I seriously considered scraping it. Well I didn't, so, for what it's worth, here is it. Somehow I very much doubt either that we are the only ones to have thought it likely that ring was going to get Thorongil into trouble!
