Thank you so much for all your kind words, passolargo. I do wish we knew more about Arwen. She must have been extraordinarily brave to make the decision she did and, yes, I'm sure waiting all those years must have been very hard for her.

I'm so glad you liked all the visions. This story originally came about when I was reading LotR one time and I wondered who else, besides Frodo and Sam, had looked in Galadriel's very useful mirror. Arwen, newly in love and left behind in Lothlorien, was the obvious candidate.

I know I really should have written their first meeting as a full chapter but I knew I couldn't do it justice so this was a compromise really!
