No, it isn't really Viggo, it's much more Aragorn which is probably why I liked it too.
As much as I love Viggo's Aragorn, I also enjoy seeing a non Viggo-ish take on Aragorn from time to time. ;-) It's always fun to see an artist's vision of Aragorn... though I have to admit there are many I just don't like that much. :)
