Happy birthday, Cairistiona. May you have a wonderful day, hopefully spending at least a little time in the company of your favourite ranger!

The only problem with it being the birthday of the lady who hosts 'Aragorn-a-day', is what to post as a birthday card that you haven't seen already.

A little googling was in order!

 

These are the ones I found which caught my eye. I hope you enjoy them too! I don't know who made/ painted them but the credit goes to whoever that may be.

I rather liked this variation of a favourite.

Actually the non-Viggo Aragorns really do look quite like the Viggo version only clean shaven - put a beard on them and they are not at all unlike him!

(When I typed that I actually said 'put a bear on them' at first - which would have been very bloodthirsty of me - much too much so for Cairistiona's birthday - but has hints of a story...!!)

Very true! The last one is very much how I always imaged Aragorn and still do when I read the book - troubled but hot!

Now why would you be thinking of bears, I wonder lol!
